Ingredients:
- 1 cup of dried figs
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of shelled pistachios
Instructions:
To create healthy white chocolate covered figs with pistachios, follow these steps:
- Soak the dried figs in hot water for 10 minutes to soften them.
- Drain the figs and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Chop shelled pistachios into small pieces for topping.
- Dip each fig in the melted white chocolate, ensuring full coverage.
- Allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the white chocolate coating on each fig.
- Refrigerate the baking sheet for 30 minutes to an hour to set the white chocolate.
- Enjoy the healthy white chocolate covered figs with pistachios once firm.
