My name is Milena Kaler and I am a qualified, clinically trained Nutritionist based in Mayfair, Central London, and online.
Clients come to me because they are tired of general advice that simply doesn’t work.
My key areas of clinical expertise are weight loss and weight management (including PCOS and hypothyroidism), sports nutrition, and digestive health, such as IBS, and IBD, as well as food intolerances. I use most up-to-date scientific research to achieve the very best results for my clients.
My clients include celebrities, actors, models, athletes, politicians, brides to be, and housewives. Over the course of hundreds of hours of clinical practice in Mayfair and Harley Street I have helped clients from weight loss and weight management to improvements in energy, mood, digestive, immune, hormonal health, and more.
You are unique and you are treated as such. As a Nutritionist, I do not have a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Everyone receives a personalised plan to ensure we get the best results possible.
