My name is Milena Kaler and I am a qualified, clinically trained, Registered Nutritional Therapist. My key areas of clinical expertise are autoimmune disease, digestive health, as well as stubborn weight loss (including PCOS, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and hypothyroidism) and sports nutrition.

I am a Nutritional Therapist with a holistic approach, following the principles of Functional Medicine. I see every person as individual with different problems and different goals. I will take time to listen to your specific concerns and develop a personalised plan for you.

This approach allows me to address nutritional imbalances and help support the body towards maintaining health.

Nutritional therapy is recognised as a complementary medicine (CAM) and is relevant for patients with chronic health conditions, as well as clients looking for support to optimize their health.

Everything Milena suggested helped me reach my goal, in 6 months I was lighter, stronger and had dropped a dress size in time for my wedding. I highly recommend Milena. She has created a really good and tailored meal plan for me, and help eating better implementing a lot of things that I wasnt eating before. Receipes are very interested and easy to make, this is important is if you have a busy life, it will give you a lot of organisation I have achieved good result bd lost weight considering my autoimmune tyroid she has given me a tailored plan also to heal and make thyroid work better .
