DETOXING EPSOM SALTS BATH

Self-care is essential to living well and spending a little time each day to care for ourselves makes us better at everything we do. One of my favourite ways to keep up with self-care is to take a nice, long Epsom salt bath at the end of the day. Epsom salts bath is cheap and easy, and very relaxing. Epsom salt is crystallised magnesium sulphate, and you can buy it in most supermarkets pharmacy or cosmetic area, as well as on Amazon.

How to make an Epsom salt bath

Simply add 2 cups Epsom salts and 10 drops lavender oil to warm bath, and soak for 15 minutes.
