CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Makes 10 cookies
Ingredients:
- 200 g oats
- 60 g melted coconut oil
- 60 g honey
- 60 g desiccated coconut
- 1 egg
- 100 g dark chocolate chips
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 160 C.
- Combine oats, melted coconut oil, honey, desiccated coconut and egg into your food processor.
- Process until the mixture holds together.
- Add chocolate chips and mix through.
- Form into 10 cookies and place on the lined baking tray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
