Makes 10 cookies


  • 200 g oats
  • 60 g melted coconut oil
  • 60 g honey
  • 60 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat your oven to 160 C.
  2. Combine oats, melted coconut oil, honey, desiccated coconut and egg into your food processor.
  3. Process until the mixture holds together.
  4. Add chocolate chips and mix through.
  5. Form into 10 cookies and place on the lined baking tray.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
