How does the process work?
- The programme usually starts off with a thorough evaluation of your health and wellness objectives, including a review of your present eating and lifestyle patterns. Upon booking your consultation, we will ask you to fill out an online Health Questionnaire. Your Nutritionist will use the questionnaire as a base for further investigation of your medical history, medications, diet and lifestyle.
- After that, your Nutritionist will work with you to create a personalised plan that includes dietary and supplement advice, as well as lifestyle changes that can help you reach your goals.
- You will communicate with your Nutritionist regularly throughout the programme to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments. After 12 weeks you should have a clear understanding of how to eat and live in a way that supports your health.

The package is structured over 3 month period. Unused sessions expire after 3 months. The cost of laboratory testing and supplements is not included. The package is limited to only 2 clients per month.
