My Approach

Personalised

My approach is personal, non-judgmental, and tailored to your specific health goals.

I passionately believe in the healing power of nutrition and the effect it can have on every aspect of our health (both physical and mental) and wellbeing. I am a realist, I know that life gets busy but there is always a way to make it work for you.

I believe in keeping things simple and practical. As a Nutritionist my aim is to give you the most straightforward guidance and best tools to help you feel yourself again.

I believe that food should be a source of pleasure, and not stress. I believe in making gradual changes to create new habits. Small, step-by-step changes to your diet and lifestyle, based on what you enjoy and are able to stick to, are the key to long term results.

Getting to the root cause

My (health detective) approach helps you to get to the root cause of your health and/or weight loss issues. This means connecting the dots between your symptoms and their underlying causes.

Symptoms seen in isolation may appear to be identical in different people, but the cause of those symptoms may be completely different.

My aim as a Nutritionist is to minimise the factors that contributed to the presence of symptoms in the first place.

We are all biochemically unique and what works for one person may not work for another. Taking holistic approach means looking at the whole person.

Each plan is unique and based on your health information and blood test results. I believe in the healing power of food, however, there is no one nutritional strategy that is right for everyone.

Holistic and Integrative

As a Nutritionist and Nutritional Therapist in Harley Street, London and online, my aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to reach your health goals.

I look at your medical history from your birth up to today, the interaction between different body systems, signs of nutrient deficiencies and chemical imbalances, food intolerances and/or allergies, genetic predispositions, toxic exposure, emotions, thought patterns, as well as lifestyle and environmental factors.

I integrate nutrition and functional medicine, which means a holistic approach. My approach is integrative and complementary rather than alternative and I will always refer the client with ‘red flag’ signs or symptoms to their medical professional (GP). I never recommend nutritional therapy as a replacement for medical advice and I frequently work alongside a medical professional and will communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient’s care.

I look forward to working together.
