How does the process work?

  1. The programme usually starts off with a thorough evaluation of your health and wellness objectives, including a review of your present eating and lifestyle patterns. Upon booking your consultation, we will ask you to fill out an online Health Questionnaire. Your Nutritionist will use the questionnaire as a base for further investigation of your medical history, medications, diet and lifestyle.
  2. After that, your Nutritionist will work with you to create a personalised plan that includes dietary and supplement advice, as well as lifestyle changes that can help you reach your goals.
  3. You will communicate with your Nutritionist regularly throughout the programme to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments. After 12 weeks you should have a clear understanding of how to eat and live in a way that supports your health.
