What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is not as simple as being told what to eat and when to eat. I follow the Functional Medicine model, which is the science based model that looks at interactions between all body systems, such as digestive, nervous, endocrine, immune, cardiovascular system and more. This approach allows me to address nutritional imbalances and help support the body towards maintaining health.
Nutritional therapy is recognised as a complementary medicine (CAM) and is relevant for patients with chronic health conditions, as well as clients looking for support to optimize their health.
